Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
