Returns & Exchanges

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
