A Beautiful Market Day: My Experience at the Servites Spring Market
After a long night shift, the morning greeted me with golden sunlight streaming through the trees—an omen of a wonderful day ahead. With my crystals and crystal jewellery packed and ready, I made my way to the Servites Spring Market at the Servites Parish Centre in Salford.
Setting Up the Stall
Arriving at the venue, I could feel the buzz of excitement as fellow stallholders arranged their displays, each bringing something special to the market. The air was filled with the scent of fresh cakes and bacon butties from the Scouts and Guides, mingling with the chatter of early visitors.
A Powerful Story of Healing
One of the most touching moments of the day was meeting a lovely lady who shared an incredible story about her sister. She told me that her sister had been very poorly in hospital, and during that difficult time, she was given some healing crystals. Since then, she has made a full recovery, and ever since witnessing that transformation, the lady has been completely convinced of the power and energy of crystals. Hearing her story was a beautiful reminder of why I do what I do—crystals are more than just stones; they carry energy, intention, and the potential to support healing in amazing ways.
Connecting with Visitors
One of my favourite things about market days is connecting with people. Some were drawn to the healing properties of crystals, while others simply admired the beauty of handcrafted jewellery. Conversations flowed about the energy of stones, personal healing journeys, and the magic that each piece carries.
The Market Atmosphere
The event was filled with warmth—not just from the sunshine but from the community spirit. Families browsed for Mother’s Day gifts, kids excitedly tried their luck at the tombola, and people gathered over cups of tea and coffee, supporting local small businesses.
